On September 1, 2018, I started a new law firm: O’Brien Law.
My firm is dedicated to the principle that I have practiced my entire legal career: that my role is to represent — and be the voice of — individuals who have suffered some injury at the hands of callous corporate conduct.
We have one of the greatest legal systems in the world. But, as it has evolved, it has become progressively more difficult for one person — or a small group of people — to take on issues and challenge powerful corporations. The ability to do this is essential; our democracy depends on every citizen having a voice in the legal system.
This law firm was formed on that singular principle: people deserve a voice in the legal system, and I can bring that voice.
